Awful , 
Payed for coaching had no contact with my coach for 10 days out of 4 weeks. 
No more monthly check in scheduled. 
Avoid . 
When I complained to Rob we told me I should of contacted her ( I’m a paying client paying for support! ) 
Also found things overwhelming , when I expressed I didn’t understand the app . 
I was told by Rob “ it’s idiot proof “ 
Asked Rob to ring me never did . 
Waste of £400! 
He clearly supports those he wants and not others . 
He was extremely rude , a simple “ let’s fix this “ would of gone a long way . 
£400 down nothing gained .

The Recipes are amazing with Structured workout plans help as well!

Don’t have to worry about what to buy as a Shopping list with nutrition plan is included too. 

With all the tools in the app makes working out and staying fit a doddle. 

Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Such a great app, not only the work out plans that have helped me get in shape but the nutrition plan and shopping list a real game changer. The recipes make a real difference, nothing too difficult to stick to! Definitely recommend and a great investment.

The ultimate app for changing your lifestyle & setting healthy habits. The meal plan & shopping list feature means there’s no excuses for cutting corners - it takes the hassle out of nutrition & helps you track your calories! Aside from this being a great app, Rob is a great trainer & the workout section is second to none. Bravo 💪
