### 2/5 — Easy to install, but Thermostat always offline

It’s easy to install but anytime I try to look at the thermostat in the app it always says offline even though it’s not. I have to delete and re-add the thermostat and it’ll work until the next time I open the app, then it says it’s offline again. The whole reason for a Wi-Fi thermostat is to be able to control it remotely. This app needs work!!

I got this when we purchased a new Heat/Air system in Nov.
Worked and preformed really well. Enjoyed the “schedule” function especially as we often forget to adjust temps when we left for the day.
My issue is that it doesn’t work with 5 Mghrt router. Only 2.4
Now the app is useless baring I purchase another router to run it.
Otherwise good app hence the three stars.

Easy to install; easy to program.
Straight forward app and easy programming or managing the schedules and settings on the thermostat itself as wel as by iPhone and iPad. Also from huge distances from home.
Perfect connection to WiFi.
Very satisfied those first days using them (2).
