Terrible agents as well who give contradictory information, extremely inconvenient in every way. Never again. Their credit limits are low and you can’t get an increase despite never being late and paying off the outstanding balance every month. Two cards on one account and statement, which I have to email to myself, has nothing to distinguish which card was used. Validating my statement requires me to manually compare statement to a separate transaction CSV. I hope the programmers get a clue. Transferred 4 times Still waiting over 30 mins to get this resolved. Went to Multiple ATMS after signing up, none let me withdraw or even recognize tap pay without physical card. WARNING DO NOT USE!! ### 1/5 — Imitation bank *2026-08-20, version 2.16.1* Support is a runaround when real money is on the line. My account was debited for a check that was never cashed by the payee. When I contacted support to resolve it, the first agent said they'd email me a link to "review the transaction" — which just showed me the same debit I could already see in my account. Not a resolution. The chat then paused and handed me to a new agent, who ignored everything in the prior conversation and asked me to start over by confirming I received the email. No case number, no escalation, no actual investigation into where the funds went. If you use Robinhood for anything beyond basic trading — especially their banking/spending features — be aware that when something goes wrong with your money, you may spend hours in chat loops with agents who cannot or will not actually resolve disputes. I'm now preparing complaints with FINRA and the CFPB to get a real response. Good UI. Poor accountability when it counts. Any transaction is flagged as fraud and they lock the card right away.
