1. The Directory: Build your list of employees that a visitor can select and see.

2. The Handshake: Invite your team members as "Front Desk Handlers."  Once they accept the invitation on their iOS devices, the secure handshake is complete.

3. Instant Alerts: When a visitor taps "Submit," a real-time notification is dispatched to every designated Handler simultaneously.

4. Visit Logs: Handlers can instantly view the visitor's details and logs, ensuring no one is left waiting in the lobby.
