Ok, so I bought this product about 2 years ago, and I absolutely loved it! It was so cool, and I was interested in programming and I already do C++, so I’m like “this will be a good product.” And it was. I even bought Q-Tronics A to go with it, and it was a great product. Then why did I give it 1 star? Well, I eventually also bought Q-Tronics B, and before I could even use the Q-Tronics B sensors, it said that my software needed an update. So I connected it to my computer via the USB cable that came with it, and what do you know! After this update, my console won’t connect anymore, to PC or i-Phone! It turns on, blinks, no beeping like before, and then it shuts off! I’ve tried everything to fix it, but I guess there is no fix. I’m disappointed. I don’t like to say it, but I would not recommend this product. In the end, it’s a waste of money. Spend your money on Cozmo instead. He works great, and has lists and custom variables. Plus he requires no assembly or extra products! He’s much more fun!

Don’t give this to your kids. They’ll get frustrated with buggy programmable interface which will make them swear off programming forever. It’s too frustrating. I’m a software developer with fifteen years experience and I’m very surprised how poor this app is for creating the simplest program.

I bought the robot hoping that it would work, I was disappointed when I found that the holes of one of the prices was not drilled in.

This is an atrocious app that has ruined a promising robot. DO NOT BUY either the robot or free app. The robot has NO instructions in the box and you MUST only use the app, no web instructions no PDF instructions, only app instructions so you'll need a device for every robot you purchase.
Lastly, the App Store states works on IOS 9+ and up, but will NOT work on 9.3.5!!!
As mentioned, a promising robot ruined by poor quality app and not user friendly.. I'm returning the two robots I purchased for a full refund.

This app is the best I can control my robot on my iPad I would recommend this app. But just remember that you need the robot you can’t just download the app
