Es kann mit dem iPhone 13 Pro keine Verbindung zum Mäher hergestellt werden. Mit einem iPhone 15 Pro haben wir es getestet oder hat es funktioniert. So ein quatsch

Ogni volta che apro la app mi fa fare il login con email e password, da un paio di giorni non mi riconosce né l'uno né l'altro e mi da errore da riprovare.

Die APP vergisst in schöner Regelmäßigkeit meinen Account, was jedesmal eine neue Anmeldung in der APP bedeutet. Trotz GSM Modul wird eine Fehler des Mähers genau dann angezeigt, nachdem ich den Mäher vermisst, gesucht, gefunden und aktiviert habe. Das ist ja wohl nicht im Sinne des Erfinders?

Togliendo il fatto che da due mesi non si apre non facendo il login. Il robot si collega alla applicazione quando sono appiccicata, appena mi sposto si scollega, come faccio ad utilizzare in questo modo un dispositivo?

Diese App - und das gesamte Nutzererlebnis mit unserem RT300 - ist einfach nur nervig.
Schlechtes Design, geringer Funktionsumfang, häufige Fehler, man wird zeitweise nach jedem Schließen der App abgemeldet und muss sich erneut mit den Zugangsdaten einloggen. Ich kann wirklich wenig Positives berichten.
Ich werde mir auf absehbare Zeit eine Alternative bei einem anderen Hersteller suchen.

Wenn sie funktioniert, tut die App an sich einigermaßen was sie soll, mehr aber auch nicht. Dass man sich jedes Mal neu einloggen musste, war lästig, aber damit habe ich mich arrangiert.
Inzwischen ist mit der App aber überhaupt nichts mehr möglich. Kein Login, kein Reset des Passworts und keine Neuregistrierung. Ich kann jetzt nicht mal mehr den Mäher aus seiner Garage fahren um die Einstellungen zu verändern. Komfort sieht eindeutig anders aus. Noch einen Robomow wird es für meinen Garten nicht geben, andere Hersteller sind da deutlich weiter.
