There's a real opportunity to build on Robot Colony 2 by introducing a campaign mode: a series of unique maps of increasing difficulty, designed to be played sequentially, where buildings, new/improved units & buffs must be earned by meeting certain victory conditions (which may require replaying previously completed maps), and success in subsequent maps/levels is somewhat reliant on earned improvements. It mostly re-uses what already exists, but adds replayability & a different kind of challenge. It would be a shame if RC2 was left where it is now, because the hard work has already been done, it just needs to be reformulated/restructured. Maps will have to become an integral part of the challenge by design, using layout, placement, constrained resources & difficulty of victory conditions, balanced against access to upgrades. (That's something you might even be able to crowdsource?) But I understand you might have other projects you want to pursue. Maybe I'll have to wait for RC3. Sigh. When you control your robots you chant really do anything accept run around and clear the mist, if you could make it so that we can do the stuff they can with 2x as much stuff that would be great or even if you gave us our own robit that’s faster and can do it all that would be amazing(maybe in a robot colony 3?).But for the mean time it’s an amazing game, good work and keep it up! :3 ### 5/5 — Loveing it *2022-08-07* Please make more levels and new type of robots towers and bugs enemies ### 5/5 — solid game *2022-07-26* this game is relaxing while still being engaging. the level progression system is brillian. dont want the next levels thing? sick, theres 7 more you can play with varying rewards. i love the fog of war, the only bone to pick with it is when your units run out of things to gather, instead of going directly to the fog to see if there is something there, they move in a random pattern. sometimes it makes it take forever to start gaining resources again. i also think a “research” section would be cool, somewhere you could use xp based off of kills to give your units speed/hp/damage buffs. thank you so much for the game! ### 5/5 — Love this game, I would love a survival mode *2022-07-13* Great game! Great games ### 5/5 — Like a classic flash game! *2022-06-24* Just like playing on armor games all those years ago. ### 4/5 — Лучше чем первая часть но имеет недочеты *2022-06-23* Игра определённо лучше своей первой части, но в ней есть много недочётов,самый главный это конечно же исчезновение роботов с прохождением определённого времени, понятно почему добавили эту механику, что бы игрок не смог просто наспамить на первой волне разного мусора и так пройти уровень, но можно было же обыграть это гораздо лучше, например обосновать исчезновение юнитов разрядкой аккумулятора и добавить специальную станцию зарядки, которая смогла бы поддерживать аккумулятор хоть и не всех роботов, но хотя бы определённую их часть(около 15-20 роботов),либо просто сделать определённый лимит юнитов ,который расширялся бы с наступлением волн и нахождением каких нибудь улучшений на карте ### 4/5 — Good Indie Game *2022-06-21* This game is very good and high quality! Странная механика с исчезновением роботов. Странная механика с одним бесплатным зданием после каждой волны. Прошёл 60 уровней абсолютно одним и тем же порядком действий - вызвать пять волн, построить турели вокруг базы, вызвать ещё три волны. Все уровни были одинаковыми и неинтересными. Открыл скаутов, потому что тыкать исследование на защитниках можно, но супер лениво и неинтересно. Решил сыграть через роботов, и просто не смог ничего сделать. Добывающие роботы не успевали себя окупать даже с модулями, производство идёт вниз, а враги становятся сильнее и их становится больше. Почему в одном случае игру можно пройти с закрытыми глазами, а во втором нужно считать копейки, чтобы в итоге всё равно проиграть, не понятно, но вряд ли так должно быть.
