But, the prices are considerably cheaper and the half dozen times I used it, was very reliable. Sometimes we had to wait 10-15 minutes but the saving is worth it. Easy to use although did crash a couple of times. My driver was nice and journey went ahead. Although I was quoted 68 MAD for a 10km journey via the app and despite knowing my destination the driver said he wanted 150 MAD. I mean I don’t mind paying more if the fare was an estimate but over double seems a scam! I asked the driver why he agreed to the fare if he knew the destination. Nous avons commandé un taxi pour se rendre sur la place vers 21h30, prix affiché pour cette course 39dh, le chauffeur arrive, il me dit qu’il y a une erreur sur les prix et que la course passe à environ 100dh apparement un problème sur l’application, bizarre… Je lui explique gentiment que je suis prêt à donner plus pour cette course, mais que le prix ne correspond pas du tout à celui de l’application et que ce n’est pas correct. Ce qui ne plait pas à ce dernier et s’énerve… Très mauvaise expérience pour cette première utilisation, dommage, je déconseille ! **Developer response:** Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire. The drivers are very nice and polite. It is (obviously) more expensive than if you would take a cab on the street, but there is no point in comparing. The driver calls you to confirm your location minutes after placing the trip order and calls you when he arrives. Excellent! No meter scams and haggling with drivers and you are given the price upfront. Every driver has been professional and courteous via Roby, with clean cars. Drivers will call prior to pickup to confirm location and estimated time of arrival.
