## What is Rocco?

Meet Rocco, your calm focus buddy.

Rocco: Focus helps you start, stay focused, and reset between sessions without turning productivity into another complicated system.

Choose Pomodoro, Deep Focus, Quick Focus, or create your own timer. Set an intention, start focusing, and let Rocco work alongside you.

FOCUS WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS

Stay on task with Focus Blocker. Choose distracting apps, categories, or websites and Rocco can keep them out of the way while your focus session is running.

FIND YOUR FOCUS RHYTHM

• Pomodoro — 25-minute focus sessions with structured breaks
• Deep Focus — longer sessions for concentrated work
• Quick Focus — when you only have a few minutes
• Custom — create a focus and break schedule that works for you

Add time when you need it, pause when life happens, and move naturally between focus sessions and breaks.

CREATE A CALMER PLACE TO FOCUS

Go fullscreen and focus with Rocco in immersive environments including Forest, Night and Sakura.

Premium also unlocks calming ambient sounds including rain, thunderstorms, forest, ocean, fireplace, brown noise and soft piano.

RESET BETWEEN SESSIONS

Good focus needs good breaks.

Take short or long breaks with Rocco, or use the one-minute guided breathing exercise to slow down and reset before getting back to work.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS

Track:

• Focus time
• Completed sessions
• Daily streaks
• Weekly activity
• Focus history
• Breathing progress

See the time you've invested and keep building your focus habit one session at a time.

BUILT FOR iPHONE AND iPAD

Stay connected to your session with Live Activities, Dynamic Island, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, notifications, and layouts designed for both portrait and landscape.

FOCUS YOUR WAY
