So much that I couldn’t rely on the results and therefore couldn’t guarantee my pieces. A great concept for an app but not a reliable source. I then cancelled my subscription but was still billed. This is a joke and considering how the ability to recognize and classify gems is the fundamental foundation of this apps ability don’t buy. I took a picture of some CZ earrings and it said it was a diamond.
