So much that I couldn’t rely on the results and therefore couldn’t guarantee my pieces. A great concept for an app but not a reliable source. I then cancelled my subscription but was still billed. This is a joke and considering how the ability to recognize and classify gems is the fundamental foundation of this apps ability don’t buy. Waste of space **Developer response:** Hello. I took a picture of some CZ earrings and it said it was a diamond. Everything I took pictures of to test was wrong. **Developer response:** Hello! Truthfully, distinguishing a cubic zirconia from a diamond, or a black diamond from a spinel, relies heavily on physical properties (like light refraction) that a standard phone camera simply cannot capture. Our recognition methods analyze visual traits, which can look virtually identical in photos. However, we are constantly working to improve our accuracy even for these complex cases!
