Every rock/stone I scan it tells me it doesn’t look like a rock… took a free trial and canceled it but was still charge for it

Even after painstakingly getting good ’snaps’ of the rocks while following all of the app’s tips for good  ‘snaps’ (rock pictures for scanning) 99.9% of the time the result is simply this doesn’t appear to be a stone.  The one and only time it worked was a quartz crystal photo graphed in a museum setting.  Worth for a rock gather/hound

i downloaded this app and it says 3 day free trial but it charged me straight away now ive been charged the yearly amount and it still asks me to make a payment to use the app!
