Family Meal #2 and #3 don’t let you select wing flavors. We called the restaurant to place a family meal order and they told us it was only available on the website or the app. Neither the website or the app let you make a wing selection though. The servers are sensational & the quality of the food is always exceptional. This time they just a bit off from the normal. They were good but something was different. The server stated he was going to take the item off the bill and would get an order to try for quality control. That is great service and checking your own products keep you honest. I downloaded the app to make an order and it does not give me the option to log in. Takes me straight to the signup page. Once I enter my phone number it tells me an account is already using that number. It doesn’t allow me to still log in. ### 1/5 — No longer works. *2023-03-08* The app is based on registering a card number. The card number only registers if you use mag stripe (swipe). If you pay via dip (chip) or tap (contactless), it uses a randomized token and you won’t get credit. The Rock has switched to dip/contactless. While this is more secure and I’m all for it, it does mean that this app won’t allow you to accumulate rewards anymore. ### 1/5 — Not enough rewards *2022-03-03* There’s not enough rewards to make this worth it. Every other absence constant like monthly free desserts or at least 10% off for being a member or whatever things like that you guys don’t do any of that I think I got one free appetizer in this entire time Do you guys give rewards for asinine things such as using the same card like really? When I go to checkout it would not even let me check out even though I put my card in three different places. The updated app asked for my email when I open it, I enter my email, and it says that it has sent me an email with a link to login to my account. I never get that email, and I’ve checked spam. I’ve tried to click the link in the app to email Thanks support, but the app just closes, and nothing else happens.
