Working just fine until the new update now it’s just a picture on the screen. Nothing works. Tried to contact them and tell them nothing back. Paid for a year. It only works for two months can’t tell if they’re out of business or if it’s a scam what a shame.

I tested the app on my entire rock collection that I’ve had for years. It only was accurate half of the time. The other stones identified as: “a piece of pastry or cake”, “a piece of metal”, “a piece of charcoal”, “a piece of pottery.” And so on. The AI isn’t so smart. Too bad.
