I am trying to pay my bills through Rock Valley credit union site. There is no Icon to touch for the bill pay!How am I supposed to pay my bills. There are no updates for my phone I have an iPhone ES please help and get this fixed immediately.

I have a car loan through RVCU and can’t use the app to pay them.

Since the last update, three months ago, still waiting for them to fix the transaction alerts issue. The alerts no longer pop up on your locked screen or give an alert sound or haptic on your Iwatch. They obviously don’t test the updates before they release them.

This latest update has eliminated transaction alerts. Tried contacting the credit union about the problem. They think it’s an issue on my end. Nope. All settings are enabled and correct within the app. Quite the coincidence that alerts stopped the same day of the software update.

We love our bank but the app constantly says user blocked. When I go tot the website it says I’m blocked. When we call the bank they say everything is good on their end. We aren’t blocked. This needs to be fixed immediately

I can only see 14 days worth of transactions.  I can't search for anything.  It's better just to go on the website (which isn't very well designed either, for that matter).

I get constant service failures when using Face ID on iPhone X and Touch ID on iPad Pro after changing account info through NetTeller. Restarting device works and so does manual login, it’s an incredible inconvenience though. Otherwise, it has been a perfectly usable app.

The new app is incredibly user friendly and has everything you need! It has so many features, some I never knew I needed!!

The new app has a lot more functionality.   Really like how I can transfer funds using the app with my other bank.

My favorite feature of the update is quick balances. I can easily connect my Apple Watch and see my balance anytime! Helpful for those moments when I need to see my balance before using my card.
