The staff at ROCKBOX makes you feel like family! RockBox is like that older sibling that smacks you around, then love on you later! THAT’S FAMILY! I’ve been going to RockBox from day one(June 7th )and it wasn’t about weight loss… smaller waistline for me… it was/is about stamina! And RockBox has /is delivering! And at my age( old enough to know better, yet still young enough to try it!) stamina is key to success! Thank you to the staff at RockBox!
