Looks like it could be a cool game but in my experience, anytime you see agree to our privacy policy that means you agree you have no privacy and they can use any and all of your information anyway they want.
I don't mind watching a few ads to play a game but giving up my privacy, I get enough junk mail and junk email and junk phone spam already.
