## What is Rocket Fuel Calculator for ONI?

This app helps calculate the amount of rocket fuel needed in “Oxygen Not Included”.
It is designed for the “vanilla” version of the game without any DLCs.
The app calculates the required fuel based on the rocket’s components (dry mass) and engine type (output).
This is an unofficial fan-made app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Klei Entertainment Inc.

Usage Guide
1. Select the engine from the tabs at the bottom of the screen (top on iPad).

2. Choose your target distance.

3. Configure your rocket modules (Fuel Tank, Solid Fuel Thruster, Cargo Bay, etc.)
	• Command Capsule
		Required module – cannot be changed.
		A 'Hide' switch is available further down this section.

	• Fuel Tank input (Liquid Fuel Tank, Solid Oxidizer Tank, Liquid Oxidizer Tank)
		• Auto Input mode
			Automatically calculates the required number of tanks from target distance and rocket setup.
			(Error if unreachable – too heavy for the distance.)
		• Manual Input mode
			Liquid Fuel Tank is required. (Cannot set to 0 or below.)
			Calculated amount won't exceed set capacity.
			(Example: Liquid Fuel Tank x 1 only → maximum 900 kg)
		• For Steam Engine
			Fuel Tank input is not available.
	• Rocket Engine
		It's already included.

4. Load the calculated fuel amount into the tanks in Oxygen Not Included.
	• Steam Engine
		Load the calculated amount directly.
	• Petroleum, Biodiesel, and Hydrogen Engines
		Load the calculated amount into both the Liquid Fuel Tank and the Solid Oxidizer (or Liquid Oxidizer) tank.

Note:
	Loading more fuel than calculated increases total rocket weight and may prevent reaching the target distance.

Tip:
	The app saves module configurations per engine. (Retained when switching engines or on app restart.)
	You can hide the Command Capsule.
