I have to go to the online site instead. ### 4/5 — Amazing Service *2026-04-23, version 5.1.1* From looking into things like AdobeSign and DocuSign, after learning that sending documents for signature was “included” with the Rocket Lawyer subscription, it made shutting those two services down, a no brainer! The document signing process is the same, but the BENEFIT of Rocket Lawyer (though a bit more pricey from my experience), is that you can create legitimate, State Compliant, legal documents on Rocket Lawyer. The process to “generate” the document on Rocket Lawyer, followed by the ability to download and “customize” it, then re-upload it back to the site set up signings was a gift! The ability to then track the signing of documents, as the initiator of the process, when there is more than one signer is also a major help. The thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that setting up the “flow” of the signing is inconsistent and not well explained, (if at all). Additionally, when having multiple documents to send to the same group of people, you have to set the people up in EACH document, versus being able to save your signers and select them from your list of saved signers. These issues are frustrating and time-consuming/wasting. Admittedly though, I “didn’t” really look around enough to see if I could set this up. But, you would think that during a given login session, your signers would be saved for reuse, on other documents set for signing during that session. Finally, and though this isn’t on them, and perhaps where another product/methodology might be better, it’s TOUGH to IMPOSSIBLE to create a document where you want to have the recipient fill out a significant amount of data because the pages get overcrowded and difficult to impossible to keep track of, because none of the boxes can overlap, which is also tough to impossible on things like, Rental Applications. Well, since I downloaded it, I haven’t been able to use it. An error keeps popping up and nothing loads. I tried taking off my VON and redownloading the app - same error message. A frustrating, costly experience with zero accountability. *2025-06-14, version 4.29.1* I hired Rocket Lawyer last summer to register two trademarks in the U.S., trusting their advertised legal expertise. After paying all required fees — including their service charges and official filing costs — I began receiving emails in January warning that my documentation needed urgent review and that my trademark was at risk of being abandoned. I made multiple attempts to contact them through different channels to understand what was happening and whether any additional fees were required for the review… but no one ever replied. It’s now June, and my trademark has been officially abandoned due to their inaction. They disappeared after taking my payment. Rocket Lawyer failed to deliver on their responsibility, provided no follow-up, no legal guidance, and no transparency about potential extra costs. I didn’t just lose money — I lost valuable time and a key opportunity to protect my brand. This isn’t just poor service — it’s systemic negligence. I feel scammed.
