This used to be so much better for me but now I can’t even get my rocket bundle back. Someone seems to have hijacked my bundle app and is now saying my phone number isn’t even registered!!! I’ve been registered for at least FOUR YEARS so what in the heck is that all about?? I’m due to top up THIS week and I can’t even do that now!! Furious is an understatement. Asks for a code every time you log in and you have to mess about with text messages. If you’re lucky enough to actually get in, the UI looks like it has been designed by a 3 year old. The functionality isn‘t much better. You find credit deducted with no explanation where it has gone. Have to mess about on the website setting up payment card. Last month Tesco failed to auto renew my subscription although I had enough money in my account. I then lost my credit and had to renew through the phone number by paying again. This month I am now locked out of the app again and the code sent to access does not work and an error message keeps appearing! I have tried the fixes suggested before, it works for a while and then goes awol again.
