Amazing app.  I tried a bunch of different apps and just couldn't get into it.  The workouts were either dull or too hard, and I just kept giving up.  This app is perfect, starting from the workout plan itself: always interesting, new and unique, and even down the small details: for example: there is an option to set up a reminder so you don't forget to do the workout!  Not to mention the food plan and user friendly qualities.  Safe to say I see a big difference!  I have muscles I never had, I look toned, in share and I feel good.  Iwhole heartedly recommend this app!
