I fumble through the process every time. Plus, one you are near the pump, it wrestles with the app and one cancels the other out. I still ended up paying full price for both gas and the car wash. When TRYING to fill up; the app allows you to do your transactions from the app… but DOES NOT always work… SOOO THEN YOU DONT GET THE 30 cents price reduction…It’s bad enough that Rocket stores are NOT everywhere so that u could just try another station.. you guys need to focus on your app working well if you’re ever going to grow ### 2/5 — Copperopolis Rocket *2025-09-24, version 5.0.6* I have been going into the Copperopolis Rocket everyday for many years. I get there at 5:45 and have been able to buy a breakfast sandwich before I head in to work. Now that Donnie and Mike no longer work there, all of a sudden breakfast is hit or miss. Mostly miss. There are many that come into that store every morning and purchase breakfast. I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining. We have come to depend on our breakfast there. Please fix the problem. One of three people tops that use it at the Grantline location in Elk Grove. First one for the longest time. It declines so often and I will then have to use the credit card I was using through the app to pay. Its not as convenient as it can be, it needs help and could be great. ### 1/5 — Buy four get one free doesn’t work *2024-12-26, version 5.0.6* I scanned a promotional QR code at one of the Rocket auto washes today. the advertisement said I could buy 4 and get 1 free and encouraged me to become a member. Unfortunately this was inaccurate advertising. Somebody please help and fix this. I don’t want to share my personal information with this company if they’re going to not follow through on their promotional deals. Who knows what they’ll do with my personal information. Can somebody please fix this issue for me and guarantee that they’re not going to sell my info? If you can I will change my review. Uninstalling this asap and using other places for their better reward program ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — My 1 store *2026-06-19, version 6.0.1* I recently had an incident where the lady at the register did not know how to redeem an offer of discounted gas and when I contacted corporate they forwarded my info to the store manager at that point the manager Andrea called me herself to resolve the issue and made sure the staff was trained on how to redeem offers as well as showed me personally how to redeem any offers on the rocket app. I think this was very helpful and wonderful on her part and want to thank her and the staff for the quick response on the issue. The people and the atmosphere is really nice. It has a down home feeling about it. The station is clean. The bathroom is immaculate and available for customer use. I buy cigarettes and snacks there. Great station. They also accept kickback cards. The one in north highlands near 1-80 and water does not and he is mean and no bathrooms for customers and he nearly hit me for parking in his empty parking post on the corner to get a cell phone and be in a safe lit up parking lot. Please for your safety please do save yourself from the hostility and his brutality. I won’t ever do business there.
