Trade gift card with them and it took them an hour plus to process my card, only to show “cancelled” for no reason. I got curious and messaged them on WhatsApp to know why cos the card was new and they ignored. I decided to use my regular and trusted vendor and I was told it’s been redeemed that only $2 remained on it. I did an airtime swap since October, it was approved and was available on my Dashboard, but I can’t withdraw my money. They refer me to upgrade my KYC to tier1 before collecting my money, and when I finish uploading my info’s they declined it, saying my D.O.B or phone number doesn’t match but that’s not true because my info’s are correct, I went to my bank and to Court, they said everything is correct, but this people keep declining. Then I contacted their customer support, and was instructed to contact them on WhatsApp, which I did, and they insist I should give them my account login info so they could rectify it themselves since it’s not working for me, which I did. And till date, they couldn’t rectify the issue and all of them stop responding to my dm’s on WhatsApp. And I can’t withdraw my money till date. Please run o, they’re Scammers and not legit website.
