This app is definitely poorly designed. It errors out in iOS when you try to pay for a subscription after the trial period expires. They haven’t fixed this issue and the solution is apparently block the app for the user making it throw an error “poor connection”. I have use them for quite a while on a regular package using my wifi and not adding additional services that the app offers. I’ve never had issues with this camera for over three years and out of nowhere I’m trying to login and every time I try to login it says connection network lost. I’ve done everything including deleting the app multiple times and re-downloading, checking to see if it was updated. Par contre depuis quelques jours je ne peux plus visualiser les vidéos dans l’app et impossible de me connecter à la caméra. J’ai un message d’erreur « votre connexion au réseau téléphonique est mauvaise». Pourtant , la caméra est connectée au wifi et mon wifi est ok.
