Deceptive paywall trap. App locks your screen with no close button and forced a $150 annual charge within 1 minute of downloading. Support refuses to help. 
*Pffft. Now you’re saying you will help? I went back and forth with Tiffany 10 times and always ended up saying you couldn’t do anything. Worst customer service EVER.

### 1/5 — Will Charge You During Free Trial Period & Doesn’t Actually Identify Stone

First, this app is supposed to offer a 3 day free trial before purchase. I clicked the toggle button to enable the free trial, but they charged me anyway by the end of the first day of the free trial period. I requested a refund and was denied. In the app, it only gave the $17.99 a week price, but if you go to your subscriptions in your Apple profile, it gives you many more options. 

As far as the app functionality, it’s a waste of time. It can only claim 99% accuracy because it’ll give you a list of what the stone could be. It doesn’t actually identify anything specific.
