It takes me multiple attempts to load oracle cards that I have purchased. I need to keep clicking restore and opening the app to get what I have purchased to fully load. Lots of wonderful decks just wish it worked the first time. ### 2/5 — I don’t get it 🤨🙁 *2024-03-13, version 1.5* I purchased Spirit Junkie deck from Amazon. Download the app thinking there’s someway to connect it or just use it with a monthly subscription? Nope! Buyer beware. I L💗VE Spirit Junkie and want to purchase more card decks but this app won’t work for me because I pay for Amazon Prime and anything that can be shipped through them is my first choice. ### 2/5 — Don’t buy decks *2023-10-30, version 1.5* I bought five decks over my first two days on the app. Mostly when you open the app to do a reading all your purchases cards don’t show up even though the decks do show up in your purchases section. Not sure what the problem is, but this app is unreliable. I naturally ASSUMED this would be of value for me and didn’t even read the reviews before downloading because I wanted to support the company. The deck I ordered is not even in there and it’s just to ask you for more money. I don’t get good customer service Viibes and find this whole digital exchange to be a waste. Strong suggestion…just drop advertising the app to customers who’ve already invested because it’s just giving me dry desperate…like an exotic dancer turning into an escort and wanting a “customer” to “upgrade” . Poor John 😪 ### 1/5 — Disappointed that I bought a deck I can’t access *2023-01-01, version 1.5* Loved the app in the beginning but it started bugging like crazy in the past year and now there’s nothing. When I go on the app no decks appear. I tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing shows up just a blank white screen. I really am disappointed in myself for purchasing a deck on the app, I should have bought the actual deck to be able to enjoy it. ### 2/5 — Update *2022-09-03, version 1.5* I really want to support this app since I love RockPool decks but it’s very clunky and outdated. ### 1/5 — Pretty bad *2021-12-26, version 1.5* I bought a physical deck that had an advertisement to get this app. I am disappointed, the app is very slow and it won’t let me buy any of the virtual decks. ### 1/5 — Can’t purchase decks in the app *2021-12-12, version 1.5* OK first of all anyone complaining that they have to pay for a digital deck well that’s silly because digital decks are so much more affordable and a great way to try out other decks and nice to have in the pocket and when you really love a deck it’s not a big deal. So I was excited about the idea of being able to buy digital decks from this company except when I try to purchase a deck it says that it can’t be purchased that it’s not available for purchase and I’m just like what? So please fix that. It’s VITAL. (Also I hope you will also include the Orion‘s animal Tarot digitally because I would love to also have that deck digitally I have a physical copy from this publisher and a copy from when it was independently published by the creator, Ambi Sun, so would be really nice to also have a digital copy.) I want to give this app 5 stars. But I can’t until you can actually buy the decks it says you can buy. ### 1/5 — Don’t Get Excited *2021-11-02, version 1.5* A flier for this app came with a deck I bought. I thought I was getting one free digital deck. I did not realize that it’s just very little samples from different decks. Totally misleading and puts a bad taste in my mouth about the publisher. Nope! You have to make a purchase of the digital deck. Why would I do that when I have the paper one? What a shame. In the age when everyone is using QR codes for specific links, these developers are WAY behind. Ironic for an oracle cards app Also ppl that bought the hard copy should be able to get the deck in the app for free… The printed version is expensive enough already as it is… Deleting this app… ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love this app since Sept 2023! *2026-04-17, version 1.5* I purchased 6 decks on this app and have never had any issues with any of them. Last night the app stopped working. I redownloaded several times but nothing. I see lots of negative reviews to my surprise. I contacted the developer and saw there may be a new website in progress gumming up the works. I left a note on the contact form. So far support is functioning normally. Still don’t understand all the negative reviews. Received email from developer acknowledging my issue and another within a week the tech issue was resolved. I was able to download the app again today with all of my decks working normally. Thanks very much to Henry at Rockwell for the excellent support! ### 5/5 — Enjoyable app *2023-12-15, version 1.5* I really enjoy using this app. When I first got it there had been some glitches with the bought decks not appearing but it works great now. I usually will buy the digital decks first before buying the hard copy, just to see if I like them. I like the feature of emailing my readings to me. The app is quite wonderful to use on the go (as much as I love physical readings, my life can get in the way). Very minor snags *2020-04-17, version 1.2* Fantastic oracle card app with some great decks of cards to choose from at a great price...but just very minor issues with a couple of images of the cards not showing so just blank until it rotated to the reverse side with the reading on. I emailed and received a reply that this would be rectified but nothing has happened. This was weeks before any world health concerns. Saying that, it’s very minor snagging and highly recommend this app!! ### 3/5 — No longer working *2024-08-24, version 1.5* I have had this app and loved it for quite a long time. However, after making some purchases, the app just stopped working. I can’t even push on restore purchases or anything. It just stays in loading mode. I have installed reinstalled numerously with no luck. I’m very sad about this because it was really great and I spent a decent chunk of money on a few downloads not to be able to ever use them. ### 3/5 — Good concept but not quite there *2021-12-15* I’ve purchased a physical deck of cards which included a leaflet letting me know about this app. Seems pointless though for people who’ve alrweady purchased a deck as there’s no way you can link your prior purchase to the app. It’s only been set up to encourage people to buy a deck from the app. Seems like a big gap here and quite disappointing as this app has promise. ### 3/5 — Add in an option to scan in current packs *2019-08-14, version 1.2* I would like to recommend the option of scanning in physical packs that you have already bought so that you can redeem them on there and you do not have to buy the electronic version ( since you already have them in real life ) . It would be great if you could ( for example ) scan the barcode of a pack that you have ( for example the heal yourself pack) and access it any time on your phone so you have a physical and digital version too. I hope you review this feedback . ### 3/5 — Update app *2019-05-01, version 1.2* The app lags with any decks try to use it always takes a while to load. Visually this app needs to be updated more sleek modern I love your decks but don’t think this app is the greatest. Need to be able to browse through all cards. I would also like to be able to copy paste your message as I share a card a day on my oracle page and I stick to ocean media because they allow this would love to see this with your deck. Also the text needs to be fixed. Random question marks show up throughout the entire message of the cards.
