This rocket seems to be going into the ground. ACH doesn’t work with CapitalOne checking.  Support clearly using AI to respond to your questions. Can’t fix the problem and suggests using a credit card to fund the account. Ridiculous!

I transferred bitcoin over to this wallet and it won’t let me withdraw any money or any of my crypto. It just sits there and acts like it’s going to, but it doesn’t do anything and when you try to get help, they try to figure it out for you, but nothing happens so they’re my only six and I can’t do anything with it

I like the new app what I don’t like is that I had to leave small amounts in the wallet just to move it to another wallet

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We’re glad you’re enjoying the new app! We completely understand the frustration of having small balances left behind. 

Because crypto transfers require network fees, a small amount can remain when the cost of moving it is close to the balance. We know that’s not an ideal experience, and feedback like this helps us understand where it can be improved.
