It has the option to use your face to log in but the app is pure garbage like the company and it doesn’t work it won’t let you auto load a password another garbage issues for how much money they charge us you think they could pay a team to actually design a app that actually works

I try to log in. It says I have to reset my password because of a policy change. So I reset the password. I enter the new password, it says wrong password. 

Not sure why it’s hard to get this app to work properly. It’s not like the company is hurting for money.

I have to use this app every month every time I log in it’s like the first time I’ve used the app. It doesn’t remember who I am. The “use Face ID to login” doesn’t work whatsoever. And it doesn’t use iCloud Keychain for quick password field population. WHY???? It’s 2026, please just make your app usable. It feels like I’m using an app from 2010

Reporting outages is not good, because it doesn’t offer a way to update the report if power comes back. Also there is no way to check status of the outage despite the app claiming that you can. 

Logs you out if you leave app instantly requiring re-typing the password and the face id rests itself every couple of days.

I seriously hate this app. It completely pointless to allow biometrics! I only login once a month to pay my bill but every single month it tells me that in order to keep using biometrics, I have to enter my password. You might as well not even have that option! My banking apps are easier to use
