I love this App and the way it delivers care for those of us suffering from obesity - or just the wrong side of being overweight!

Easy to use, very straight forward and to the point. A doctor constantly at my fingertips- how Amazing.

I am definitely going to give this a go. Will report on my progress.

This is tailored to my needs. I like that I can just message a doctor as and when. I’m running a half marathon with my son and would like to get in better shape. So far this is working well. The clinicians are helpful and incredibly personable so that makes things that little bit better and easier for me.

Great app, super easy to reach out to my clinician. It's great that you can just send them a message and they respond on the same day. I prefer this to having to wait in a waiting room.

The programme has really helped me ahead of my upcoming wedding. Having a doctor accessible to me when I’ve needed it as well as my mentor to guide me on my fasting and exercise has been so helpful! Thank you!

The Roczen protocol has helped me achieve and sustain my weight loss and reversed my pre-diabetes that none of the many other programmes were able to do for me.

I highly recommend Roczen to anyone who is diabetic, pre-diabetic or considered obese. And it is so affordable.
