O jogo Roda dos Alimentos tem como intuito educar para a saúde
das crianças, promovendo hábitos alimentares e estilos de vida
saudáveis desde a infância.
A Roda dos Alimentos é o modelo português que deve ser
recomendado como guia saudável para, desde cedo, ser conhecido
e aplicado no nosso dia-a-dia. A Roda dos Alimentos é composta
por 7 grupos de alimentos (cereais e derivados, tubérculos;
hortícolas; fruta; lacticínios; leguminosas; carne, pescado e ovo;
gordura e óleos) e pela água, no centro deste guia.
Com este jogo totalmente gratuito, é possível aprender e exercer
educação alimentar ao mesmo tempo que a criança se diverte e
aplica os seus conhecimentos! Não percam mais tempo, façam
