Incapable of buying tickets on the app because it keeps redirecting me to some help page that isn’t helping whatsoever! Useless

Yellow lot is passes only but shows as the first lot in the public parking section and available with credit card. Also the app shows as a 10 minute wait while we waited over an hour to get to the lot.

I didn't think there could be a worse ticketing service than Ticketmaster but here we are. I had to set up an AXS account through the app and when I went to verify my email, it said I was a robot. I tried the chat support but it just says "connecting you with agent" and no agent has popped in an hour later. That's not "live chat", at least estimate how long the wait is so I'm not stuck at my computer. Had to search for a phone number and now I'm stuck listening horrible hold music with no end in sight. I hope the rodeo finds a better ticket partner next year that actually has staff that works there.
