I am attempting to purchase for this year (2026) and the app will not stay open. Help! The old version actually worked. ### 3/5 — Useful but Unreliable *2025-03-14* So the app is GREAT when you have good service to use it. You can look up food, see the map, use all your tickets and whatnot, but I was constantly without service even when connected to the carnival wifi or the app would glitch and say I didn’t have tickets when I did. My recommendation if you buy carnival packs is to go to guest services and have your tickets printed when you get there to avoid waiting in a long line just to get to the front and your tickets won’t load. Also go to one of the free portable charging stations and grab one for the day bc the app does drain your battery. ### 1/5 — Need better service *2025-03-09* If you want the tickets to be electronic then bring in a cell tower or something. We had a carnival pack and bought more tickets that we couldn’t access because the app kept failing. It erased all my tickets and coupons for 5 min then it came back and did it again! This was a real inconvenience when you are at the front of the line ready to scan for rides, game or food. ### 1/5 — Beware… *2024-03-15* Used the app to get my ticket. Seemed to work fine. Checked my ticket multiple time before leaving yesterday midday. I went with my 2 daughters and their families and small grandchildren. As we were entering the access point the app just kept spiraling and would load my ticket. My phone showed 5 bars and 5G access. Everyone got in but me. So there i was watching my grandchildren and daughters move forward in the crowd and i couldnt get in. Imo the app is pathetic. If it wont work to get you in, what good is it. The attendant said i could go to the ticket office. Lol right. The attendant told me to restart the app and try again. I did that at least a dozen times with no ability to bring up my ticket. I shut down restarted my phone. That worked. By that time 20 minutes had passed and others were separated. So beware… ### 3/5 — Great idea, but…. *2024-03-13* This is a great idea. However, the app kept crashing and it drained my battery! Also the app shows as a 10 minute wait while we waited over an hour to get to the lot. ### 1/5 — AXS Support is terrible *2025-03-18* I didn't think there could be a worse ticketing service than Ticketmaster but here we are. I had to set up an AXS account through the app and when I went to verify my email, it said I was a robot. I tried the chat support but it just says "connecting you with agent" and no agent has popped in an hour later. That's not "live chat", at least estimate how long the wait is so I'm not stuck at my computer. Had to search for a phone number and now I'm stuck listening horrible hold music with no end in sight. I hope the rodeo finds a better ticket partner next year that actually has staff that works there. ### 1/5 — Get paper/printed tickets *2025-03-14* App became useless while we were at NRG. We couldn’t access our online tickets from the app once we got inside. Lots of people had issues connecting to the internet or WiFi. We spent 1-2 hours walking around from place to place looking for help only to be redirected again by the Volunteers w/ the gold badges. We ended up going to the Ticket Booth on the 2nd floor of the NRG Center and got a paper copy of the tickets we bought online. The app not working made the experience frustrating & more exhausting than usual in the Texas heat. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-03-10, version 24.5.2016* This app doesn’t work all the time. I purchased food coupons which had to be stored onto the app. I’ve had lots of trouble accessing the app, and therefore difficulty retrieving the food coupons. This coming Wednesday is Rodeo day and I’m hoping I don’t have as much trouble getting my tickets while at the rodeo. PS You can’t screenshot the coupons QR code.
