Their customer service team lies saying they are escalating your issue when they aren’t and they will steal your money! DO NOT DO TRUST THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! **Developer response:** Hello! I look forward to your email! ### 1/5 — Total scam *2026-05-09* I have been trying to cancel my “membership” despite never completing the registration because I decided not to do it, I’m talking within a few minutes. Unfortunately, I gave them my card information during the registration process. I NEVER agreed to any type of contract nor agreement. Anyway, I emailed them several times and was finally directed to the app to cancel. Unfortunately, you cannot access the part of the app that allows you to make changes to your account. Again, I NEVER agreed to anything and I never received any services or goods!! This is a terrible company who will only try to get your bank info. I ended up contacting my bank who canceled my Visa card and issue me another. They continue attempting to charge my defunct card. Avoid like the plague!!! **Developer response:** Hello!
