## What is ROGER?

Acquistare tutti i biglietti, pianificare l’intero viaggio, controllare orari in tempo reale, rinnovare un abbonamento o acquistare e prolungare una sosta, tutto “in un click”. In Emilia-Romagna è possibile grazie a “Roger, il tuo assistente per muoverti in Emilia-Romagna”, la nuova app promossa dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna che integra, in un solo strumento, i servizi di trasporto di tutte le aziende del territorio. 
Con Roger è infatti possibile acquistare qualsiasi titolo di viaggio direttamente dallo smartphone con una sola operazione, rendendo più semplice e comodo per l’utente viaggiare in tutta la regione.
Un progetto che oggi vede la realizzazione grazie alla collaborazione di tutte le aziende di trasporto del territorio regionale (SETA, START, TEP, TPER) e con il supporto della Regione Emilia-Romagna, insieme per fornire un servizio che agevola la mobilità e i servizi al cittadino.
La nuova applicazione, utilizzabile su telefoni IOS, permetterà di pianificare il viaggio con soluzioni che integrano i collegamenti nazionali con il trasporto locale (treno e bus) e i parcheggi, e di acquistare da ovunque ci si trovi i titoli di viaggio, anche per Trenitalia.

### 1/5 — Macchinosa complessa e poco efficiente

Scaricata per necessità , impossibilitato ad utilizzarla senza capirne il motivo. Supporto telefonico assente. Supporto email lento e inefficiente.
Questa in sostanza la prima recensione d’uso di un’app che dovrebbe facilitare l’uso e l’acquisto di biglietti per il trasporto pubblico nella città (metropolitana solo nelle idee non nei fatti) di Bologna.
Non mi sento di dare più di due stelle proprio per essere stato impossibilitato a utilizzare l’app. La registrazione chiede mail e telefono. Effettuata la ricarica il biglietto non si acquista , non vi si riesce. Si riprova e (sembra) va a buon fine, fatto salvo scoprire che l’acquisto non è stato completato. Per un errore. Generico.  Che l’app ripete per ogni tentativo di acquisto, quindi noto e non gestito ( a mio avviso).
Pessima app. Qualcuno di chi è dietro il codice l’ha mai fatta utilizzare alla zia o alla nonna? Dovrebbe per rendersi conto di quanto è fatta male.
Ps: l’app è un proxy per un sito web. Per modificare i dati nell’area personale, la visualizzazione dell’app passa ad un sito web dove bisogna autenticarsi di nuovo (banalmente per aggiungere il codice fiscale). Neanche una stella merita una app che non è un app. Nell’attesa di ricevere riscontro dal supporto per il mancato acquisto di un titolo, questa recensione rimane negativissima.

I bought a 10-ride City Pass ticket for the buses in Bologna, which didn’t ever work. And now I’m having to haggle eith them to try to get a refund. The whole experience has been an exercise in frustration.

Bugs seemed to have been fixed. I was able to download and buy tickets from the app. Works as expected.

It is not possible to use Apple Pay on this app. You need to introduce your credit card details. Otherwise you need to introduce an e-mail address and a phone number, however only the phone number is used to receive a PIN code to activate the app. This seems like a huge opportunity to collect personal data which I do not think is ok. Using Apple Pay and an e-mail should be enough.

In der deutschen Sprachversion der Roger App wimmelt es nur von Tippfehlern und fehlerhaften Übersetzungen. 
Mich wundert, warum überhaupt eine deutsche Variante verfügbar ist, wenn diese so schlecht gepflegt ist. Offenbar ist hier von Qualitätssicherung keine Spur. 
Mir fällt es schwer, so einer Software dann sensible Account-Daten anzuvertrauen.

Tryed for 30 minutes to register, using 2 different devices and phone number, sent that SMS for 100 times and none arrived. I had to get off the bus and find a different way to reach the airport. And all this because the touch in the bus was not working to pay directly with the card.
