## What is Roger?

Roger connects your Roger mic to your personal assistant.

Requires a Roger mic and a Roger account through WhatsApp. The Roger mic is sold separately.

SIGN IN THROUGH WHATSAPP
Already talking with Roger in WhatsApp? Install this app, tell Roger you’ve installed it, then tap the personal sign-in link Roger sends. The app opens your existing account so recordings reach the correct place for transcripts and assistant features.

CONNECT YOUR ROGER MIC
Your first sign-in confirms your WhatsApp account and guides you through linking your Roger mic. Roger remembers setup after your first successful connection. Connect or disconnect from a simple recording screen, with connection guidance inside the main circle.

KEEP CONNECTED IN THE BACKGROUND
Receive audio from your connected Roger mic while the app is in the background. Roger preserves saved audio and retries interrupted uploads when your internet connection returns.

OPTIONAL LOCATION AND PHOTOS
Choose whether to share location and photos with your private Roger account for assistant features. Both are off by default. You can allow selected photos or your full photo library, and change access at any time. Photo viewing copies sync while Roger is open, newest first. Background location requires your permission and remains subject to iOS availability.

Internet access is required for sign-in, uploads and assistant features. Record only with the permission of everyone involved. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed. Disconnecting in the app stops capture by Roger but does not switch off your Roger mic.
