I tried to remove app and re install, offload the app, nothing working . Switch out then back in a while, can't login as user name is empty. If it's not working, return to the Home tab and wait 3-5 mins” yes because April for some reason would be so much larger than March? and why was it also an issue in March? What a terrible excuse for their trash servers. Why is half the Home Screen a picture of my credit card? Just in case I forgot which credit card I have? A literal 5 year old could design a better app. ### 1/5 — Untrustworthy *2026-05-02, version 4.6.0* Taking away the last star because I’m no longer receiving notifications of transactions(settings haven’t changed.) In the age of fraud this is an unacceptable bug/breach of trust. Other credit cards provide notifications of ALL transactions no matter how small, and in real time. So think twice before applying for the Rogers Credit Card. Log in issues every time. Not very user friendly. Well, apparently not for this app, be prepared to be stuck in a forever loop of loading at 0% for a goddamn pdf in the year 2026. This is pathetic and embarrassing and the devs should feel bad. ### 1/5 — Payment due amount is always wrong. *2026-04-22, version 4.5.0* If your bill is $1000 and you make a $100 payment it will say No payments due with the info icon stating no interest will be charged. That’s wrong so unless you keep a mental talley the app will never tell you what you owe ### 1/5 — Face ID *2026-04-22, version 4.5.0* App does not support face id. App needs improvement ### 1/5 — Not able to add card to mobile a wallet *2026-04-21, version 4.5.0* I successfully applied for a Red Roger’s credit card today. I received an email that I could add the card toy walker to use while I wait for my physical card. However when I downloaded the app from the Apple Store - then clicked get started king from the email it took me to the Rogers app. In order to register as a new user it wants my credit card info - which I don’t gave yet. And I only have one hour to add it to my wallet! Does not make any sense. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — FaceID broken for months *2026-08-11, version 4.8.0* Please fix FaceID. It would be greatly help to change this. Will change to 5 stars when this is fixed. ### 1/5 — Lousy connectivity(still…) *2026-07-24, version 4.8.0* Rogers Bank is unique in its ability to block connectivity to your favorite money management app (YNAB and others). Reset, still doesn't work. ### 1/5 — Bad App for a Great Card *2026-07-09, version 4.8.0* The app feels like it is a version 1 that was rushed out the door to meet a deadline. Very clunky. FaceID is present but never works (always says “servers failed to connect”). Even without FaceID trying to use the basic “Remember me” doesn’t actually remember username. It’s sad that such a great credit card has such a bad app. It really ruins the experience. According to your customer service you need to pay your Fido bill first and then you can redeem but not more than your bill? Why??? I tried to get this company to reverse and they refused. Rogers bank canceled that card and issued a chargeback.
