## What is Rogers MyWiFi (Early Access)?

With the MyWiFi app, you can:
- See all the devices connected to your home WiFi network
- Control online access for kids with automatic WiFi off bedtime schedules
- Pause or block Internet access for devices as you choose
- Easily reset or share your WiFi password 
- Create a separate, secure network for your guests
- Tap to test your speeds, to the home and to the device
- Troubleshoot to maximize your WiFi signal and security without having to call tech support
- Customize your modem settings with advanced controls

Getting Started:
- Download and install the MyWiFi app on your smartphone
- Connect your smartphone to your Rogers home WiFi
- Launch the app and login using “cusadmin” as the default username and “password” or your current WiFi password

I have had more than my share of problems with Rogers. But, the problem I have today is stunning. A few weeks ago my HP printer stopped connecting to wifi. I did all the reset things I could do and nothing worked. I bought an other HP printer and it wouldn’t connect either. I reached out to the support team from HP and they worked on trying to resolve the problem to no avail. I had a technician come in and they to fix it. No joy. I bought a Canon printer. It won’t connect. Finally I found a phone number that let me talk to a live agent. She did all she could and she was unable to resolve the problem. She made an appointment for a Rogers technician to come to the house tomorrow to try to fix the problem. She said it would cost me $75.00. So, Rogers equipment is broken and I have to pay to get it fixed. Why do I have to pay to fix their equipment? I don’t have to pay anything so that is good. As of today, July 9, 2026 the problem has stumped everyone. I think all parties are as frustrated as I am. Everyone is trying their best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

You can try splitting the 2.4G and 5G networks to see if your printer can connect to the 2.4G network. People use this to abuse the wifi, specifically turning off and on the wifi. Especially the children are affected the most.

so rogers, this up is just to make your subscribers believed that they have a very fast bandwidth during installation and then you lower it the next day. and since none of your app is working, some of your customers will never know your scheme. get rid off those useless phone apps and let us use the browser which you locked the access of modifying.

I have hitron gigabit router. This app used to work perfectly fine until all of sudden it stoped working. Not even log in window pops up. Always asking for rebooting and checking compatibility.
