Can take up to 5 minutes at times to log in. Undependable in an emergency. Rogers has known about this for years and has not corrected it. I don't think Rogers agents even know what's wrong with this app. Agent asked me to change my password it is not my password issue my Rogers credentials are perfectly fine. **Developer response:** Hi! So frustrating! **Developer response:** Oh no! That's not a great experience. :( Can you please try closing any apps that may be running in the background? Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. Use the search bar to find Rogers or Shaw-related sites, then swipe left on it and tap "Delete." Once done, try logging in again. The app is unreliable and often requires multiple attempts just to log in, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, their technical support is virtually unreachable when assistance is needed. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing, and I will definitely be switching to another provider. ### 1/5 — Worst security system you could imagine *2026-03-20, version 13.4.0* Not a good system at all! Money grab! ### 1/5 — Tiny session, need to log in every time *2026-03-10, version 13.4.0* It’s infuriating how you need to put in your username and password every time you switch to the app. After 1 minute I’m being logged out. And there’s no login with Face ID. Terrible. Edit: now there is login with Face ID. It’s on in the settings but it doesn’t matter, I’m still asked for email and password. Terrible app. ### 3/5 — Constantly have to sign in *2025-12-17, version 13.4.0* The app itself functions fine. However, how come I always have to sign in? I can understand wanting credentials once in awhile but all the time?
