The first one must have been deleted despite multiple techs coming to my home, changing out different modems and cameras, other equipment, deleting, reinstalling the app, getting a new phone. Still freezes and is delayed when trying to watch the feed. If something serious happened, it would be too late because of the delay opening the cameras! PLEASE FIX!!! As right now it’s too pricy for glitchy equipment and application!… OK got a response from rogers. So I’m updating this on the bottom here. Do you guys think we’re not technically smart? You don’t think that we’ve reached out to multiple technicians. Uninstalled and installed the app. Used different phones and tablets. Changed equipment multiple times.
