Mais je rédige cet avis à la suite d’une coupure en plein milieu d’un appel qui m’était important car j’ai dépassé le temps restant. 6€ pour 1h d’appels, 30€ mensuels pour des appels illimités sachant que peu de personnes ont cette app pour bénéficier d’appels illimités et gratuits. Notamment dans l’administratif où passer un appel est bien plus rapide que par mail. C’est se positionner comme une app extrêmement utile pour les personnes malentendantes mais de devoir nous extorquer de l’argent ainsi car c’est utile. On n’a pas choisi d’être sourd, et de devoir payer en plus de notre forfait opérateur pour ne pas avoir ce genre de mésaventure nous met dans une double peine: on est handicapé et on doit payer plus cher que les autres à cause de cela. Cette vision mercantile des développeurs de cette app est assez scandaleuse à mon sens et périclite la note donnée car cette app a le pouvoir de réellement aider les malentendants. **Developer response:** Merci pour votre retour. Grazie ### 4/5 — Idéal *2025-12-26* Je l’utilise assez souvent car elle est devenu plus fiable et idéal pour moi qui est muet et malentendant, il faudrait même un bouton pour indiquer muet et que l’interprète soit informer pour qu’il parle à ma place J’aimerais aussi un système pour imprimer les appels émis et reçu avec la durée chaque mois en PDF ce qui serait le top Il faut savoir que si vous avez les 3h inclus de l’opérateur il y a possibilité d’avoir un vrai interprète humain, alors qu’en payant le forfait aucune possibilité d’interprète et pendant des années je savait pas et j’ai galérer à l’utiliser car cela est mal expliquer sur le site web **Developer response:** Le professionnel humain est proposé dans l'offre de 3 heures offertes par l'opérateur téléphonique en réponse à la Loi Numérique mise en place depuis la sortie du centre relais téléphonique en 2018. BUT now we get into the company is taking advantage of ppls plights in relying on family or partners to make those calls every day. This makes me angry that such a great service is now a money maker for those who can’t live without help. I don’t know how I feel about that, but I’m not able to afford the $40 a month because of they don’t know this already, but most deaf people don’t get jobs that pay well due to their disability. I am grateful to all that coded, designed and invented this app. I have one question; during an extended conversation the words displayed slow or halt for several seconds, what is the reason? Thank you, Your new update is a step backwards. The readout moves up from the bottom edge now and is much slower to read as the other person speaks. The words appear later than the voice and makes the synchronization of the two very difficult. The format you used prior to this terrible change was better by leaps and bounds!
