You don’t get points if you buy in store, and if I try to add a flavor syrup, there is no way to specify which flavor. The textbox to add specific instructions is disabled, but the flavor syrup add-on button tells you to specify. But you literally can’t!! I have to ask for a specific flavor in person when I pick up my coffee after it has already been made. Not getting points for in person store purchases is horrible because I used to collect a lot since there is a spot right next to my workplace :/ I went from going regularly and earning a free coffee, to a janky app with a terrible new reward system and oversights in being able to order certain things. I’ve legitimately stopped going to the spot next to work because the app and new rewards infuriates me so much.
