Unable to locate it in the app so I try the chat, no help. Call customer support and the wait time is 133 minutes! May not be a customer much longer. Update: Bill Pay is now working and an improvement on the Members First app. The transition was a little rough, customer service seemed overwhelmed, service is now improving. Instructions on the website seem to be to use the info from the CU I had joined. Seems to be because the pull down menus close as soon as I start to scroll. Instantly locked out of my account. Now it will be an hour and a half drive to close my account down once all my direct deposits go through.
