When I try to cancel my subscription, it just tells me to update my payment method. I used apps with subscriptions before, but I’ve never had to deal with this sort of issue. AI slow to respond at best and no response most of the time. ### 3/5 — Great App for Paid Users *2025-06-01* If you’re a paid user, the app is great and it’s definitely worth it, especially if you get it during a holiday deal. If you aren’t a paid user, be prepared to get constant pop ups that annoy you. There’s no way to turn it off either. About 5 times I day I get notified and pop ups to upgrade to premium. Really annoying and would be nice of ROI to remove that and stop poking at users to go premium. After a couple of weeks, it stopped syncing my accounts and had $0 net worth. Troubleshooting multiple ways didn’t resolve. I also paid yearly up front. Now won’t be reimbursed, instead I have “access” until the yearly subscription is complete. I tried removing and reinstalling the app, but now when I sign on my access to the rest of the year that I prepaid for is not an option. Within an hour I realised it only tracks USA banks, brokerages and accounts and I don’t live in the USA. I immediately requested a refund from the seller but they refused refund so I’ve lost $150. Buyer beware, very limited institutions supported. ### 1/5 — Account sync issues, not accurate percentages, bad customer support *2025-06-29, version 1.0.179* Fidelity has not worked for the last few weeks. Percentage growth is wrong, and customer support does not get back to you for weeks. Tried numerous times to cancel subscription and it won’t let you.
