But this app is calming decompressed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Did not work at all. *2023-07-11* I lost my remote to my Hisense TV and I tried to use this until I found the real remote. It never worked. Couldn’t get the tv on, so I ended up using my iPad mini to log into and watch Netflix. It’s crazy they want to charge a monthly reoccurring cost for something that simply cannot be used. Now, I’ve sent a few emails to make sure I won’t be banged each month for something unusable (and I found my original remote that belongs to my tv) so now there is no need for this app, and nobody has responded to my inquiry. Don’t do it! Save yourself the headache! ### 1/5 — Paying *2023-05-13* I don’t understand why someone would make you pay for something that should be free. I honestly don’t know why people don’t think to mention that you need to pay inside the app. The app also does not mention anything about paying for things either. Personally I just don’t think this app is worth $40 because its a remote that you use for your tv, that is usually $8 (depending on the kind of remote you want). ### 1/5 — Scam & Deception *2022-10-08, version 1.4* This app deserves 0 stars. It’s a scam to trick people into an expensive subscription that is not clearly disclosed ahead of time. I downloaded the app because it was the first Google search result. Instead of just making it a paid app, they try to trick you into a subscription model. You can do anything with the app unless you agree to the 3 day trial. But then you can’t cancel that “free” trial easily. See the other reviews about that. I deleted immediately. ### 1/5 — Our 2nd roku device *2022-09-06, version 1.4* We were forced to go on a 3day “free trial”. Nothing worked. We pray we get it canceled as we canceled an hour later… before we are saddled with interminable payments the rest of our 79 year old lives. We’ve never complained before in our long lives about anything no matter the incompetent or misleading service; but this was an impossible effort for us. My husband has a masters in graphic design and computer science and he could not even begin to figure it out. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! *2022-03-31, version 1.4* Do not download this app unless you want to get scammed out of your money! I downloaded the app and uninstalled it when I seen that they charge you to use the remote after 3 days! I uninstalled it the same day and didn’t even use it but I was still charged! I have no idea of how to get my money back except to dispute it with my bank so that’s what I will be doing. It’s a bit like viewer blackmail.
