It asks you to review the app CONSTANTLY volume control does not work Microphone button does not work Can’t figure out how to change my favorite stations buttons The mirroring is VERY difficult to use, lags, and isn’t intuitive at all. It’s the basic Roku remote you get for free, with alleged extras that don’t work at all, or don’t work well. No support!!!!!! I wasted $10 on a lifetime subscription, because I had false confidence in the good reviews. SKIP THIS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! **Developer response:** Dear Customer, First of all I'd like to say sorry for your issue. We understand that you had bad experience with us, but please give us a chance to explain. Regarding your issues, please find our answers below. The app asked for rating and reviews because it's the way we can receive feedback and improve our products. According to Apple rule, our app cannot ask you for more than 3 times per year. I'm sorry for this inconvenience but I hope you can understand. Regarding the Volume button issues, our app needs to connect directly with the underlying TV to control the volume. Currently we can support Samsung, LG, Sony. For other brands, it depends on the framework that the TV is used. Again, I'm sorry that this feature didn't work well for you. Regarding the microphone button, we'll double check and fix the issues you mentioned if any. Regarding the favorite buttons, I'm sure you can change it. Did you try touch and hold your finger on the button? It'll allow you to Edit and Delete. Regarding the Mirroring features, it's an advanced feature. Currently we can provide mirroring to Roku with 5-7 seconds delay. The delay is necessary for quality control and other technical requirements. However, compared to other Roku app, I strongly believe that our Screen Mirroring is the best in the market right now. We're still working on it. Hope you can give us some of your patience. Regarding the support, I strongly disagree with you. If you need any support, please shoot us an email through the Contact Us button in the Settings screen. Our support team will get to work with you right after. I'm sorry but we rarely check Apple's review page for support. Email support is the fastest way and is the best way we introduce to customers. Especially the remote features, which can flawlessly control your Roku devices. Besides that, our advance features always give you 3 days free trial before charging anything.
