Problems I have had with the online booking are; It tells you that no classes are available or It doesn’t allow booking in time to actually get onto a class It tells you you are on a class when you are actually on the waiting list, It tries to charge you £45 to book a class, It keeps forcing me to change my password Re-downloading the App doesn’t work. It suddenly reverts back to the App after a variable amount of time - it took a week this time. If this rubbish App isn’t fixed I will be joining another Gym. ### 1/5 — Scary Privacy Policy *2020-02-13* Roko, who have you signed up to make this app??? Jeez. Just read the privacy policy which I have to agree to be able to book a class… and am horrified. Roko uses ‘Netpulse’ with whom the T&Cs are agreed. They take personal info given at sign up (okay) but the Privacy Policy states I grant access to my Calendar and Contacts, that they automatically collect info about my device (type, OS, ISP, settings etc) and features I use, pages I visit, emails and ads I view, products I purchase, time of day I browse, location data etc. They share my info with a bunch of 3rd party agents, vendors, and their affiliates and record and store info on my entertainment prefs, music playlists, channels watched…and so on. Is there not some kind of GDPR issue here? I emailed Netpulse… but they came back with a link back to the Privacy Policy! Crazy. All I want to do is book a fitness class. This app DEF not for me. ### 1/5 — Confusing and takes forever to refresh *2020-02-01* This app is too ambitious and giving too much information not useful to all users. It is very hard to book your class because it lists all classes in weeks advance and no use because you cannot book them anyway only to confuse people. Also it takes forever to refresh after you booked one class on the same day.
