But I’ve got issues with them freezing up and just stop working for no reason. We have 1 in the living room & 1 doorbell camera... The cameras themselves have been GREAT. My only 1 complaint abt them is that it does take the cameras a minute of consistent movement for them to start recording. Otherwise it just takes a picture & that's it.... But my real beef is with the app. The app used to be great! But after about 6 months, it started getting a bit glitchy when I try to go back & watch the footage. The problem that's currently happening, is that I can't turn my phone sideways to watch the videos in landscape view without the video freezing all together; It'll play the sound, but no video. Just a frozen image of the video as the sound rolls on. I need to be able to turn my phone to see the videos so I can zoom in or just simply see the video in a larger window. in or see the video. The customer service sucks. They go off for every little thing for nothing at all. They go off. The notifications are ridiculous. You would think that you were able to access the customer service because they’re your cameras you will be able to access the camera footage, but no they tell you that you have to file a police report in order to access your own camera footage.
