The only thing worse than the service are the support options. ### 1/5 — It’s degraded since iPhone 15 *2024-02-11* When using older models of iPhone and android units I’ve noticed that when I switched to iPhone 15, it’s degraded completely. The iPhone15 pro maxcan’t connect what so ever. When it does, it’s pixelated massively. I can connect any other unit cell phone and it’s as clear as day. Crazy, cause nothing is running in the background of the phone. So I’m not understanding why iPhone/Apple is being difficult. **Developer response:** Im so sorry you are having this issue. I have YET to be able to connect ONE phone more less two or three!!! My wifi is top notch…with a booster!!! REALLY considering returning the AeroCaster, deleting the LIVE application, & going with the Podcaster instead. Just ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Connectivity is iffy *2022-09-24* Connection drops at time . I also connected it a Roland v8hd video Switcher It’s like I got two switchers now one hardware one software. I plugged the app hdmi into one of the inputs for the hardware and it really expanded the capabilities 7 cameras on the hardware 4 on the software. It worked right away. I saw a lot of bad or low reviews just thought I would add my experience. WoW 2 remote cameras 5 standard 4 wireless and it all works.
