Charger is less than 6 months old and has had to be fixed twice! Luckily mine is under warranty but the chargers and app are both evidently cheaply made

The app is very poorly designed , doesn’t connect to internet, the options to connect to other 3rd party apps are poor. 

You need to keep entering the passcode, no digital verifications and secure authentication from Charger.

I would recommend not to buy the charger just because of this app. I wish I could replace it. They do not answer their calls and you would probably need to wait for hours to get a reply on chat. Don’t bother

At present, only 2 active charging periods can be allocated. For those like me with 3 off peak periods every day, a third allowable charging period would be very useful.

To initiate scheduling you must set the app to “eco” and then click start, it will then work. The instructions are not clear in the manual so that needs clarifying. Or a better way is if you have a schedule set is to automatically select “eco” and “start

I’ve had no issues with the charger, initially it was connected to the app via WiFi but I decided to hard wire it back to my router due to moving the router further away. I’d always advise hard wiring if possible. The only issue I had was regarding getting the charger scheduled chargers to work properly due to major the lack of info and help in the instruction booklet. Rolec should release some product schedule instructions that are step by step !!! Good charger with a 5 year guarantee 👍
