You can’t do anything without buying gems and they are crazy expensive. 
There’s a yearly pass that costs $250 to get you unlimited everything and one that costs $150 that gets you unlimited text and daily gems.

This app is an absolute scam, featuring predatory ads and an outrageous $118 monthly fee for a so-called "pro" version. It's a scale of greed that's infuriating, preying on users while offering nothing substantial in return. The audacity to charge such an exorbitant amount for explicit content is an insult, especially considering you can easily find similar NSFW material on other websites for free. The whole experience is a dumpster fire of deception and greed. My advice: steer clear; this app is nothing but a digital wasteland.

Somehow the game company assumes that people will pay money immediately without any description. Appalling and outright disgraceful. I suggest doing better before requiring payment to proceed literally a minute into gameplay. If you want money, make your content worthy of investment. That is all.
